Grüner Veltliner Fäßler & Salomon

In 2015 Anna-Maria Fäßler, host of Sonnenalp and winemaker's daughter from the wine region of Lower Austria, initiated the wine line Fäßler & Salomon - Private Selection by Anna-Maria Fäßler together with the Austrian top winemaker Bertold Salomon from the Wachau. A first bottling of 500 bottles of Grüner Veltliner and 250 bottles of Winzersekt marked the start of the project.
